It was a BIG day here at the Chen house when Millie's hair finally made it into 2 braids....just like Laura Ingalls!

Clara's class took a field trip to the Dallas Museum of Art a couple weeks ago. Every time I drive for a field trip I'm reminded of how thankful we are to have Clara at The Covenant School. Not only how great the education is, but how kind and well mannered the kids are.

It's Fall!

Yeah! We are out of the 90's! We love October here in Texas for many reasons, but mostly because it's Kid's day at Calloways! Here is a look at each year since 2007!

First Day of 1st Grade!

The school year is here and Clara LOVES 1st grade. Her teacher is Mrs. Sharp and she is very very happy that her friend Sarah is in class with her! We started the school year with family Chapel and then dropped her off. Next year we will be dropping off Millie too...sniff sniff.
