For Nai Nai

Here are a few pictures of the girls. It has been a HOT summer but we have managed a few trips to the zoo. Millie requests the zoo pretty much everyday. Clara is happy wearing her cinderella nightgown and putting on makeup.

The Ranch

We just returned from a fantastic week at our friends ranch. The Ranch is down in San Marcos and is over 1000 acres. It has a ton of cows, a lake, a river, and most importantly, a pool. As you will see from the pictures we did not have to "rough it" one bit. We had things to do from the moment we woke up until our heads hit the pillow. Besides swimming, one of our favorite things to do was hop on the ranger and roam the trails around the ranch and look at all the new baby calves. Two were born the week we were there. Plus, a cow drowned in the lake, Candace ran on a snake, the guys shot an armadillo and I ate smores every night (yikes!)From a speed boat, to jet skis to dune buggies there was never a dull moment.
